What does it mean to be a sponsor?

A sponsor is an individual, corporation or any entity wishing to contribute money or in-kind goods to support an important cause.

Sponsorship agreements provide funding and resources for charitable organizations while providing exposure for the sponsor. Sponsorship marketing is extremely beneficial for companies.

There are many reasons to consider becoming a corporate sponsor.

Sponsorships:
1.  Serve as communication & marketing tools for your company
2.  Create brand awareness
3.  Drive sales and promote customer loyalty
4.  Improve internal relations (i.e., employee team-building)
5.  Show your company's philanthropic vision & concern for the
     communities it serves
6.  Enhance your corporate image
7.  Make a difference!

Important reasons to sponsor Ovar'coming Together and help fight ovarian cancer:

1.  Ovar'coming Together is Indiana's only non-profit agency
dedicated to fighting ovarian cancer state-wide.
2.  Ovarian Cancer is the 5th leading cause of cancer-related
     death in women
3.  The relative 5-year survival rate for diagnosed women is 46%
4.  Families and caregivers need education, support &
resources more than ever due to limited availability of
information and the high mortality of the disease.
5.  Awareness must be raised throughout Indiana to save lives.
6.  There is no screening test for ovarian cancer. Ovar'coming
Together advocates for and supports much-needed research.
7.  *Ovar'coming Together is dedicated to using all funds it
receives to the greatest benefit of those it serves.
